Croissant, Noodles anyone?

Who would have thought that now we can enjoy croissant and noodles not with a hot coffee or chopsticks for that matter but in a totally different way. Kenneath Cobonpue, a world-class furniture designer and a product of the famous Pratt Institute of New York, made his iconic impression in the interior design world with his fascinating yet practical interior pieces landing him numerous awards and accolades.

This is the Croissant sofa. One of Kenneath Cobonpue's notable pieces and an all time favorite among Hollywood stars that graced numerous design covers. I think I saw this piece in one of the film sets too.

This Noodles Sofa is an irresistible conversation starter.

Aside from the furniture's interesting beauty, these pieces are really like a tough cookie. Most of the materials are made of hand-sculpted steel, abaca ropes, hardened bamboo materials, plain and stamped leather, translucent nylon and polyethylene. Most of the designs do have indoor and outdoor versions too for a better peace of mind and durability against wear and tear. These unique interior pieces can be a modern kind of heirloom,I guess.

Even our dear pets can be spoiled in this Operetta Pet Lounge from Kenneth Cobonpue.
In case you are wondering, the Noodles sofa can be paired with the Dimsum coffee table too! :-)

I love all those details.

Kenneth Cobonpue's latest "Cabaret" collection is now available, mainly made of fabric tubes woven in fiber glass and steel frames.

Cheers!
